Google Home faced on outage in the US, but got it fixed immediately.

We all know that the United States of America is ahead of the world in terms of technology. The Google Home which is smart speaker powered with AI, as been adopted by families in managing their smart home appliances.

With a vigor internet base, people find it as essential instead of an innovation item. All gets a bit easier when all you have to tell is – Ok Google, switch on the lights. Though, what happens to those smart homes if the Assistant forms a snag? Chaos!

From May 31, there was an outage on Google Home on the basis of complaints reported to Google Home Help Forum. Whenever the Assistant was collected with the “Ok Google” or “Hey Google” words, “Hmm, there is something wrong. Try again in a few seconds”, or ” There is a glitch. Try again in a few seconds”. Though, the matter was just said to be there on the Home Speaker and has been said to be solved by Google.

Google took to the forum, telling that “we hope to solve this problem for all. If you are still facing the same issue try rebooting Google Home by unplugging it from the out wall, wait for some time then try plugging it back. Please do share us your experience if there is any error messages telling that “Ok Google” or “Hey Google”. But, Google, did not tell the cause of the glitch that led to the outage.

While the issue was reported large in number, there were a lot who took to social media and complained their issue regarding the bug. With more people adopting these Google Home Speakers as the chief control centres for these smart homes, Google will have to make sure that such outages must be a rare thing.
